Shipping:
Your items may be shipped and arrive at different times.
Items created by Personalized Expressions by Lisa:
This includes kitchen/bath hand towels, pillow throws, and gift baskets.
Your items will ship within 1-3 days (excluding Sunday). If, for any reason beyond my control, this will be delayed, I will communicate that with you. My company is built on service and transparency, I value and respect your satisfaction. As the consumer, you will always have the final decision for purchase if I cannot accommodate my 1-3 day shipping policy. In order to make this available to you, please make sure I have your customer contact information.
For items manufactured by MELINTL, your items typically ship within 2-3 business days (weekends/holidays excluded). Oversized items may require more time for delivery.
Return Policy:
I accept returns or exchanges 30-days from the date of purchase for items that have workmanship or material defects. You must contact me via email prior to return for an RMA authorization/return code. The item must still have original tags attached and be in the original packaging for a return. Refund Policy:
Refunds for reasons other than defects or workmanship flaws, will be allowed for 30-days from date of purchase with the following conditions:
- A RMA Authorization Number is REQUIRED, you must contact me to obtain one.
- There is a 20% restocking fee.
- You are responsible for return shipping fees. Personalized Expressions by Lisa is not responsible for lost items, using a tracking number for returns is highly recommended.
- Your refund will not be generated until confirmation of the return has been made, less any restocking fees and shipping fees if occurred by Personalized Expressions by Lisa.
- Please contact me to make this a seamless process. It is always my hope and intention to leave you with the utmost satisfaction.
For items by MELINTL only:
If a set is purchased, and only part is returned due to workmanship/quality defects, and a refund is requested, the partial return/refund will be calculated with the following:
Set of 2: 60% for large item; 40% for small item
Set of 3: 50% for large, 30% for medium, 20% for small item
Set of 4 or more: Pieces will be divided by cost for individual refund rate.
Return costs:
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless it is within 30-days, the item is in original packaging with tags, and it is a workmanship/quality issue. For replacement items/returns, due to workmanship/materials defects, Personalized Expressions by Lisa will pay the shipping of the exchange.
Individuality/Item Characteristics:
I make every effort to ensure your product will be everything you dream of. Because of the nature of the items, there are times the material may have unique characteristics. The manufacturing process of each blank, as well as the individual, handmade printing process, will almost guarantee no two items will be identical. It is the personalization that I take so much pride in, and while it may not be obvious, it will make every item unique. Consider it like a snowflake, each individual, but in masses there is beauty.
